Help Restore Pamela Kilgo’s Home

Our family is raising funds to restore Pamela’s home in Grand Rapids. The cleanout is complete, but substantial reconstruction remains following a history of fire damage and basement sewage backup.

The remaining needs include structural and roof repairs subject to a written professional repair plan, basement and lower-floor reconstruction, replacement heating, ventilation, electrical and plumbing systems, and assessment of trees, roots and the retaining-wall area.

Contributions support professional assessments, design, demolition, debris removal, reconstruction, building systems, permits, inspections and fundraiser transaction fees. Written estimates will establish the final scope and budget. Confirmed insurance proceeds, grants and donated labor or materials will reduce the funds needed for the same work. Toni will maintain spending records and share progress updates.
